Occupational Therapist - Posted 1/06/11

Healthrise is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team in Toowoomba. You will ideally possess experience in a community or hospital OT environment and will have had exposure to a wide client base. This role may also branch out into other areas within the company including paediatrics, vocational rehabilitation and mental health care however this will be discussed with the potential applicant.

Highly Regarded:
Experience in providing community OT services including home assessments, equipment prescription and home modifications along with hospital inpatient reviews. 
Experience in meeting deadlines and working to busy schedules.
Experience with working both independently and in a team environment.

Mandatory:
Occupational Therapy degree or higher
Registered with OT Board of Qld
Membership with OT Australia
Current 'C' class drivers licence
Queensland Blue Card
Experience with Microsoft Office software
